Decor for a fashion show in the church

A decor was requested for a fashion show in the large church in Breda.
As usual in churches, you no longer enter the church from the west side, directly opposite the apse, but from the side, in this case via the south transept. As befits a church, the altar faces east, but for reasons that are unclear, the church is not exactly East/West, North/South. The "wall" we placed does stand exactly on the magnetic North-South line and thus at a 17° angle to the church's cross. The wall is not skewed the church is actually skewed. This guides you in the right direction as you enter and creates a world of its own for fashion. The hardboard plastered and then painted wet in wet (fresco) with burnt Sienna and water provides a backdrop for the fashion of, among others, a very young Marlies Dekkers. Together with the 27-metre-long catwalk, it can compete with the overwhelming Gothic interior.
